Julius P. Keblinskas, Sr.,


Julius P. Keblinskas, Sr., Architect, LEED-AP is a licensed Florida architect (AR91486) with
more than 25 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and
construction oversight. His career spans large commercial retail developments, educational
facilities, healthcare projects, broadcast studios, civic works, and residential construction.
As Principal and Architect of Record at Julius the Architect, LLC, Julius delivers
comprehensive services including design leadership, permitting, inspections, and project
administration. He has also served as Vice President at Arcdesign Architecture, where he
supervised project teams and oversaw construction document production and quality control
for diverse projects across Florida and beyond.


Throughout his career, Julius has managed multimillion-dollar programs, from retail chains
and bank branches to specialty hospital projects and more than 250,000 square feet of retail
space. He has directed international operations, including establishing and managing a
satellite office in the Dominican Republic, training local architects in U.S. standards, and
leading cross-border design teams.


Fluent in both English and Spanish, Julius is recognized for his ability to train, mentor, and
lead diverse teams. His technical expertise includes Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Photoshop,
and advanced CAD systems, alongside certifications in LEED, REVIT, and sustainable design
practices. He continues to expand his sustainability credentials, working toward Green Globes
Assessor certification.


Dedicated to service, Julius contributes to regional building committees, mentors youth
through the 5000 Role Models program, supports special needs students through tutoring,
and volunteers in architectural projects for his faith community.
Julius earned his Professional Architectural Degree from Tulane University and holds a B.A. in
Spanish, combining technical expertise with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
